COME AND TRY – Women’s ONLY Sessions + All-abilities sessions – Available at GYMBOX FREE in a safe and friendly environment. Each session will include COVID safe equipment with certified trainers in a fun and inclusive environment. Women of all ages and abilities are welcome. Our communities’ trainers will introduce you to the gym and teach basic exercises to lead a healthy lifestyle.

GYMBOX is a 20ft repurposed shipping container which is a space to transform lives, train and learn how to live a healthy lifestyle in a safe and inclusive environment. GYMBOX is open to both men and women of all ages and abilities, and we invite you to join the movement that’s changing the nation. At GYMBOX we also partner with local organisations to deliver training, education programs, and events to participating athletes in the community and engage local ambassadors and support PNG sporting organisations through strategic partnerships which provides athletes pathways into high-performance sports, which further develop talent and create positive role models. October 27th - SIGN UP NOW - QueenPads Awareness Session available at GYMBOX

QueenPads Founder Anne Shirley Korave Is proud to deliver the QueenPads program to GYMBOX. QueenPads produces reusable menstrual products for our women & girls to use during their special days and conduct awareness on Menstrual Health and promote good Menstrual Hygiene Management. QueenPads mission is to ensure all menstruating Women and Girls in PNG have access to clean and hygienic reusable menstrual products and that they are well equipped with the right information to take care of themselves during their special days.

Join us for a FREE information session and help break the stigma about menstruation in a safe and inclusive environment. Light refreshments are provided and the first few to Sign up will receive a free QueenPad to take home.
