Alisha Lavaki

As Operations Coordinator, she keeps GSP's programs running from facilitator training and GymBox launches to cohort graduations and ADB reporting. If a logistics chain exists behind a young person stepping onto a GymBox floor, Alisha owns it.

She comes to this role with experience from PNG's most demanding industries- construction, heavy machinery, and energy where precision isn't optional and a missed detail carries real consequences. That discipline lives in everything she does here.

What makes Alisha's story distinct is that she chose GSP before GSP could offer her anything. She volunteered first. She showed up before there was a title.

Her mum is from Manus. Her dad is from Gulf. She knows what it means to carry more than one home and to build something that endures.
